ALA Language School offers a variety of ED Visa Programs for students who want to live and study in Bangkok while learning Thai, English, or Chinese. Students can apply domestically in Thailand and choose from flexible course durations across three languages.
- THAI LANGUAGE PROGRAMS
- 3.5 months – 20,000 THB (Beginner level)
- 8 months – 32,000 THB (Beginner–Intermediate levels)
- 14 months – 40,000 THB (Beginner–Advanced levels)

Please note that the following costs are NOT part of the tuition fee and must be paid separately:
- Visa conversion fee: 2,000 THB per time (payable to Immigration)
- Visa extension fee: 1,900 THB per time (payable to Immigration)
- Textbooks and learning materials (costs vary by language/course)
Who Is Eligible?
- You must be currently in Thailand on a Tourist Visa or Visa Exemption (based on your nationality) and not hold any other visa type (e.g., volunteer, work, retirement, or non-immigrant), as only a tourist/visa exemption status can be converted to an education visa.
- Individuals holding other visa types (e.g., work, elite, marriage, retirement, or any non-immigrant visa) must first cancel their current visa, exit Thailand, and re-enter with a Tourist Visa or Visa Exemption that is valid for at least 60–90 days in order to be eligible for an education visa conversion.
- Some nationalities must apply for a Police Clearance Certificate prior to visa submission.
- You are committed to studying and complying with Thai immigration and Ministry of Education regulations.

- The ED visa process takes 45–90 days, depending on nationality.
- Some nationalities must apply for a Police Clearance Certificate prior to visa submission.
- ALA will guide you step-by-step through the process with worry-free and provide all necessary documents.
Class Start Dates & Scheduling
- Class start dates are set by the school based on enrollment and Ministry of Education approval
- Timetables will be shared in advance.
- Group classes run on fixed weekday schedules (onsite only).
- Private class upgrades are available at an additional cost.
Terms & Conditions
- Promotion applies to new students only.
- Course is non-transferable and non-refundable once registered.
- Visa processing, textbook fees, and Immigration fees are excluded in the promotion.
