As eBooks cannot be physically returned, ALA reserves the right to refuse to provide refunds to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.

If an ebook becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the download or normal course of use, you can notify ALA for the replacement ASAP. We will send you the new link for re-download.

Courses

The eBooks you purchased from ALA are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 24 hours from the date of purchase:

1) The student has not attended any classes but sends notification for refunds with prior notice for minimum three(3) business days after purchased. There will be NO refund in any cases once the course has started.

2) The student has an uncontrollable factor or personal issues after purchased resulting in class cancellation or postponement. The expiry date may be extended on a case-by-case basis, but not refundable.

Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse. Should you have any inquiries in regards to this refund policy, please feel free to contact us.
